We are headquartered in Utah and fulfill orders from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
Please note that it can take up to two full business days from the time you place your order online for it to ship from our warehouse. You will receive an email with a tracking number upon shipment.

We ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, in which case please select USPS for your shipping method.

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your ChooMee products. This return and exchange policy applies only to purchases made on the choomee.com site. If you purchased a ChooMee product at a retail store or from another online site and are interested in returning that product, please contact the original store or site directly.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from choomee.com, you can return it in it’s original unopened packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a credit, exchange or refund. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. After 30 days, we will not accept returns.
We do not accept returns of used products (unless they are somehow defective). Sip’n soft tops that are damaged due to human misuse (i.e., used or washed in a way they are not intended to be used) are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund or exchange. While our Sip’n soft top is made of a durable silicone, it’s designed to be soft and delicate for young gums. This device is dishwasher safe however it is not a bottle and is not intended to be washed with a bottle brush.
